Details: Overland Outer Banks

Date: Sept 2nd - Sept 8th

Location: North Carolina Mountains starting Asheville area traveling east to the Outer Banks near Davis NC. Vehicle will travel on 45 min ferry to Cape Lookout

Price $250 per vehicle (Ferry Service is not included starts at $80 depending how long your vehicle is)

Max 10 vehicles Includes:

• Choice of inca4x4 trail bag or tool bag
• t shirt with your name or IG handle
• Professional Videographer for event
• Food contest entery: we will have prizes
• Day one prize collapsable wood fire pit
• Day three (Prize to be announced)
• Day 6 (Iceco fridge)

Vehicle requirements:

• 4x4 must -good camping equipment
• food storage
• recovery gear
• spare tire
• proper clothing

Weather:

The weather is unpredictable. We will try our best to coordinate around weather. Your payment pays for your yearly pass for Cape Lookout. Ferry ride is extra and will need to be paid when vehicle get on ferry. The trip is NON-REFUNDABLE but we will mail out t-shirts, bags, and raffle prizes if weather cancels trip or if we need to cancel early.

Rules:

Absolutely NO DRINKING and Driving, no excessive drinking,  no illegal drugs

Goal:

Estos son los detalles de nuestro viaje por tierra a Cape Lookout en Outer Banks 

Fecha: 2 de septiembre - 8 de septiembre

Ubicación: Montañas de Carolina del Norte comenzando en el área de Asheville y viajando hacia el este hasta Outer Banks cerca de Davis NC. El vehículo viajará en un ferry de 45 minutos hasta Cape Lookout 

Precio: $ 250 por vehículo (el servicio de ferry no está incluido comienza en $ 80 dependiendo de la longitud de su vehículo)

Requisitos del vehículo:

-4x4 imprescindible

-buen equipo de campamento

-almacenamiento de alimentos

-equipo de recuperación

-rueda de repuesto

-ropa adecuada

Clima:

El clima es impredecible. Haremos todo lo posible para coordinar el clima. Su pago cubre su pase anual para Cape Lookout. El viaje NO ES REEMBOLSABLE, pero enviaremos camisetas, bolsos y premios de rifas si el clima cancela el viaje o si necesitamos cancelarlo antes de tiempo.

Normas: Absolutamente NO BEBER y conducir no beber en exceso sin drogas ilegales Meta: Este será un evento familiar orientado a todos los niveles de viajes de aventura por tierra en 4x4. Queremos hacer un viaje memorable y construir amistades.
